Terms of Service

My Terms of Service must be read, understood and accepted with all
the above terms before entering into an agreement with me.
To commission me and make a payment, you agree to the following information below.

BASE INFORMATION

1. GENERAL

1.1. Аs a customer you will be required to provide: commission type, character visual references, order description and your wishes;
1.2. Displayed prices may to change according to the complexity and difficulty of each individual commission;
1.3. I take 100% PREPAYMENT via Boosty (preferred) or PayPal;
1.4. I accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc) and description of the commission idea. Your additional information should be brief, simple and related to commission;
1.5. 100% payment for extra character;
1.6. Extra payment for complex details and other things (it can be in the amount of 20-150 USD);

!THESE THINGS CAUSE EXTRA PAYMENT:

•complex characters design;
•complex outfit;
•complex details;
•complex weapons;
•complex ideas;
•other complex things making drawing process harder and longer.

2. ABOUT PROCESS

2.1. After payment and start working on the artwork, I’ll send a sketch for your critiques and approval. At your request I can also provide you with more WIPs of process;
2.2. If you wishes to make fixes — describe what to change in 1-2 messages. If you are asking make the fixes more than 3 times I reserved the right to request an extra payment. The use of a redline to make your corrections clearer is also welcome;
2.3. I don't make fixes on the finished pieces or for the completed commission. If you would like to make additional fixes which do not regard color AFTER a previously approved sketch — there will be also an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before further work process;
2.4. EACH EXTRA CORRECTION COSTS 10% OF THE OVERALL COMMISSION’S COST;
2.5. My own mistakes will be fixed at any stage for free;

UPD (12.03.2022): Due to the current unstable situation in the world and blocking of many financial systems in Russia, I am forced to add rules for the impossibility of any refunds and/or cancellation of commissions. Thank you for your understanding;
2.7. I̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶r̶e̶s̶e̶r̶v̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶r̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶c̶e̶l̶ ̶c̶o̶m̶m̶i̶s̶s̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶d̶u̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶c̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶

2.8. After the end of work on the commissioned artwork I’ll send you the DROPBOX-link(s) where you can download high-res version
of the artwork;
2.9. After I have finished your commission and get your approval
(in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.
2.10. If your ignoring and silence about accepting the commission exceeds 7 days after the completion of my work and the provision of links, I reserved the right to change the status of your commission to completed and publish it.
2.11. The normal term of time working on the commissioned artworks - no more than 3 months. I'll inform you if this period is extended
for unforeseen reasons.

3. RULES

3.1. You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent to make the purchase.
3.2. I reserved all rights to
the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Artwork rights can be negotiated for an extra fee;
3.3. You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use and you also may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark from
the public web-version. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of our authorship;
3.4. You may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use
(in digital or physical format).
3.5. The prices are counted for non-commercial commissions. If you want to get art for commercial project from me, we should discuss
it in person. Same situations with NDA commissions - if you don’t want me to publish this art anywhere.
